About Me
I’m an Executive Assistant, Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, with a passion for Wellness and Self Care.
Through years of experience working in the Luxury Fashion, Beauty and Retail Corporate Industries and London’s Boutique Fitness Industry I’ve lived and breathed the Corporate and Wellness worlds in equal measure - and I understand just how stressful, pressured and overwhelming it can feel to manage a successful but demanding Portfolio Career.
After building a successful but often stressful Executive Support career in fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environments, I entered the world of Freelancing, supporting countless Founders, Entrepreneurs, CEOs and Execs in a Personal and Professional capacity across a wide range of creative, corporate, and entrepreneurial industries as a Virtual Executive Assistant, whilst qualifying as a Personal Trainer, coaching clients 1:1 and establishing myself as a Barre, Spin and HIIT coach within London’s Boutique Fitness Scene.
I was thriving - but I was doing way too much. The lifestyle I had created for myself was full of stressors. Physical, mental, social, environmental and albeit many of them positive - but stressors all the same, which coupled together constantly, just created an unsustainable, frantic and relentless overload.
I was overtly anxious, and often overwhelmed. Being in a fight or flight state had become my normal and I refused to rest - ignoring the the stress I was putting myself under until it finally started to manifest itself physically in my body and I was forced to stop.
I realised that when it comes to self care, our schedules are often the biggest sabotaging factor.
I started to notice that no one, myself included, seemed to be taking enough time to rest, recover, or relax.
I essentially decided to become my own Executive Assistant, and study, research, test, structure, strategize and implement my way to a better understanding of the importance of rest, self care and stress resilience, just as I would if I were tasked to by a client. In the process of finally taking time to care for myself with compassion like I did for my clients,
I started transforming myself simply by creating more space for calm.
