Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the content standards that apply when you upload content or link to My Site or make contact or otherwise interact with other Users on My Site.

By using this Site, You confirm that You accept the terms of this Policy and agree to comply with them.  If You don’t agree to this Policy, including our Terms of Use, You must not use this Site.  I may make changes to this Policy at any time without notice to You. 

In the course of using this Site, You and other Users may provide information which will be visible to other Users.  You understand that by posting information, comments, images, videos, blogs or other content on this Site (“User Submissions”), You grant Me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable right to use Your User Submissions in connection with My business including, without limitation, for promoting My business in any media formats and through any media channels and always in accordance with My Privacy Policy. 

You agree that any User Submissions You make won’t violate the rights of any third party including their intellectual property rights.  You also agree that your User Submissions won’t contain any unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene or abusive material nor will they contain any computer virus or other malware that may impact the operation of this Site. 

I may, but don’t assume any responsibility for and have no obligation to, monitor, edit, block or remove content that I determine at My sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, harmful, pornographic or otherwise objectionable or which otherwise violates this Policy or the Terms of Use without reason or notice to You.

In addition to the above, If I consider that in using this Site, You’ve failed to comply with this Policy, I reserve the right to take appropriate legal action including referring any use that I may consider to be an illegal or unauthorised use of the Site to the relevant law enforcement authorities. 

I have no responsibility for and have no liability in respect of any User Submissions.  You are solely responsible for any content that You post on or through My Site including any material or information that You transmit to other Users and for Your interactions with other Users.  You understand that I can’t guarantee the identity of any other Users with whom You may interact on this Site nor can I guarantee the authenticity of any data which other Users may provide about themselves.  All User Submissions that You access on this Site are accessed at Your own risk and You acknowledge that You’ll be solely responsible for any damage or loss to any party that arises from that access.   

This Policy is governed by the laws of England & Wales.  The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction for any matter and proceedings arising out of the use of this Site.  In the event of any dispute, I ask that You contact Me in the first instance so we can work together, in good faith, to resolve the dispute.  Where it is not possible to resolve the dispute to our mutual satisfaction, You agree that the dispute shall be referred to meditation.
